Our customer needed to make it easy for his customers to order or download branded and co-branded sales materials. We provided an automated solution using web-to-print and on-line store technology. We printed bespoke materials for next day delivery. The system also allowed his customers to trigger email campaigns and PDFs on demand.
Multi-channel Marketing Campaigns
The campaign started with a print piece, containing a personalised URL (Purl) leading to special offers. When an offer was picked up a further incentive was sent via SMS, with a final refer-a-friend email. Every interaction was tracked, analysed and reported in real time using our graphics rich dashboard.
On-line Stores and Marketing Portals
Our customer wanted a staff engagement initiative. They needed to add all new and existing employees to a staff incentive programme which started with a personalised welcome pack. This was the first of many automated initiatives including birthday cards, staff surveys and employment anniversaries, in both printed and digital formats. They also wanted their line managers to have access to our system so that they could administer rewards. Company branded merchandise was also made available within the portal.
